1. Where are your locations?

You can find us at any of the following convenient locations, all within walking distance from the MRT:

2. What's your opening hours?

Reception is available from 9am to 6pm. However, for members, it’s 24/7 access.

3. What kind of packages do you offer?

We offer three types of plans — Private Office, Dedicated Desk & Virtual Office plans. Prices starts from $300/month and vary per location & plan.

4. Do you provide hot desk plans?

For Ucommune Singapore, we do not have hot desk plans as we reserve the exclusive use of open spaces for our members only. 

5. Do I have access to all other Ucommune centres both locally and overseas?

All Ucommune members will have additional workspace and meeting room access to all Ucommune centers during business hours, locally and overseas. Please speak to your Community Managers if you have plans to make use of our overseas coworking spaces.

6. Do I have 24/7 access to my Ucommune centre?

If you hold an Ucommune membership, you can access your home Ucommune centre 24/7 using the facial recognition and app access.

 

The Community team is onsite between 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

7. Is there a minimum contract term?

Yes, the minimum commitment is three months. However, most members will opt for a 12-month term.

8. Can I transfer my membership to another centre during my contract period?

Yes. If there is space availability at the location of your choice, we will work with you to find the space which meets your needs. Approach your Sales Manager(s) to enquire.

9. Does Ucommune charge members for utilities?

Ucommune does not charge members for utilities. Water, air conditioning, heat, electricity, and Internet are all paid for by Ucommune and are included in the cost of your monthly membership.
