Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
● Focus on Ucommune’s Service First philosophy and drive customer loyalty through consistent and caring services to clients on all levels.
● Maintain existing relationship actively and aggressively develop new business opportunities with any possible potential lead for sales.
● Maximize sales revenue through utilizing company’s resources and own personal connections in both Hong Kong and China with aim of increasing the occupancy rate and overall profitability.
● Plan and design sales strategies with understanding of local co-working industry especially competitors’ strengths and weaknesses in order to gain more market shares with greater revenues.
● Prospect and acquire local key accounts via all possible means to create consistent revenue streams across all products and services Ucommune provides.
● Able to demonstrate as a key model of sales, capable to report to senior management and lead other colleagues to accomplish sales and marketing tasks assigned.
● Build network with potential corporate clients and proactively generate sales through cold calls, business proposals, presentations, and other effective relationship building activities.
● Manage and maintain healthy relationships with real estate agents and referral channels with encouragement and awards for them to supply more leads to cooperate upon for sales.

Requirements:
● Minimum of 3 years experiences in direct B2B sales capacity in hospitality or service related fields with tracked records of business development, leasing, marketing in co-working/serviced office or related industries. Candidate with 3 years or more experiences in office leasing gained from Major Real Estate Agencies is preferred.
● Bachelor degree in business practice, native in Cantonese and proficient in English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills is preferred.
● A Self-discipline professional with great time management skills, as well as a target-driven producer with abilities to prioritize tasks, able to maintain great energy and high quality standards in sales and marketing.
● A team player with positive and great service attitude is highly desirable.
● Successful candidate will have an attractive remuneration package with basic salary and commission on sales generated.

Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

● Work closely with other team members in both Hong Kong and overseas to plan and execute company’s strategies to ensure smooth operations and to exceed customers’ expectation while delivering quality services.
● Find all the possible ways to elevate services standards to our clients such as secretarial service, concierge service, general information about Ucommune and ad hoc request.
● Assisting with billing and booking system operations, inventory control and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth and transparent work environment
● Maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism by anticipating and responding to clients and their guests
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and constantly improve service standards.

Requirements:
● Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and administration in tourism or hotel industry.
● Tertiary education with major in hospitality and tourism discipline will be preferred.
● Any other professional certificates related to client services management is a plus.
● Good command of MS Office especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
● Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
● Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility.

Accounting Executive

Responsibilities:
● Work closely with other team managers in both Hong Kong and overseas to plan and execute company’s strategies. Analyzing and reporting to senior management.
● Accounts Receivable functions: issuance of monthly debit notes, debt collection, prepare receipts journal and calculation of related taxes
● General Ledger functions: preparing monthly journals including inter-company transactions, month-end journals, prepare bank reconciliation and financial schedules
● Perform administration support for the team such as filing and other administration tasks
● Participate in various accounting and finance ad hoc projects
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and constantly improve service standards.

Requirements:
● 2-3 year accounting/finance experiences in hospitality, real estate or any
commercial sector.
● Experience on handling accounts receivable, general ledger and month end
closing.
● Tracked records in handling accounting works in a professional and proactive
manner.
● Experience in using different reporting systems in both English and Chinese.
● Good command of MS Office especially in Excel.
● Proficient in budgeting and cost management.
● Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility.

skills
